What do i need to grow in Ca

Ok so.the task force has been showing up to my house , 3x now , and didnt respect my recommendation ,and told me i have to goto the state department and have my county issue me a state marijuana card... so i have my card from the health dept. In my county along with my recommendation and now there say i need a grow permit??? Are they bs me to scare me or ?? Any help?

Go on norml and you should be able to find all the info you need for your county.

Well shit bro. If they are telling you that your not legal and they know you grow, and they are giving you time to get everything legit count that shut as a blessing and get legal pro.

Good luck and make sure that if you are a caregiver make sure they are legit as well or expect shit hitting the fan. Hope u don't use the excuse I didn't know then one if the same officers that knows you calls bullshit

how many plants do you have? When you see a judge, they don't care about cards. The judge wants to see your recommendation. Sounds like crooked cops to me. As long as you are within county limits . You should be fine. I would go on the offensive and file charges against them.. Of course seek some legal advice before taking any action.

Yea i thinking of filing harrasment ..... the county ordinance says 12 per parcel regardless of maturity , i have my recommendation and county health dept id .and they still come ,i knew they couldnt do anything or else why havnt they took any action ,maybe tryna scare me to stop growing

I'm guessing you're over your plant count but not enough over for them to do anything really other than harass you. I think I did read in another thread that you said you were over your count. If you're over then reducing your numbers below the count would be a good place to start. If you're under and they keep coming back then you must be doing something else i.e. selling out of your house, selling to someone who you shouldn't trust, or you've got bitchy, shitty neighbors.
