What do I need to do?

So, 2 weeks ago now I decided to try to pollinate a couple buds on a couple plants. One has plenty of time to work on her seeds, but the other one is ready to take down. If I take the colas, leaving the pollinated buds, will she finish her seeds? She doesn't have much for foliage, I'm just concerned about her dying of system shock and just wasting my time.

i harvested viable seeds from a revegged bonsai mom once so i think they would finish even if you harvest them but i’d leave as many leaf as possible and hope for the best

That's what I'm thinking, only hiccup, she's an auto.

they need something like 5 weeks after hitting them with pollen to have mostly mature seeds in my experience
