WHAT DEFICIENCY COULD THIS BE ?
This is two different strains with deficiency's!!! Are they different or the same ?
Both have been transplanted from small cubs to soil and only been given water and tea !! I have 10 plants why would only a couple show deficiency's ? Is that normal?

Looks like you have several plants that are different strains. Seems to me the lighter color plants nutrient requirement or possible pH needs are different then the others. My guess is they are all in the same medium and being fed the same. I would test the pH of the run off from the two trouble girls and make sure thats correct then add a bit more nitrogen to their feed the next couple feeding and see if that helps.

Doesn't really matter what the deficiency is - it IS a deficiency (early stage magnesium if I had to guess) and the steps to fix it are pretty basic.

Just mix up some grow fertilizer at normal strength (the mid to high recommendation it gives on the bottle for 'normal feeding') Shake it up and let it sit a minute, then check the PH. If the PH is good, water, otherwise, fix your PH and water.

Btw, if your fertilizers PH is always off after mixing, you might want to try a different brand, or adding something like Pro-Tekt, so that you don't have to fuck with the PH everytime you feed -- it gets annoying pretty quick.

ya...the deficiency is an immobile element...iron, sulphur ( super rare), manganese...possibly magnesium...i would flush, and give them some cal/mag plus...or molasses, has the same thing, with an added benefit of a good microbial feed...at half the cost as well
