What are these small brown spots?

HOla - any advice on how to fix this is much appreciated -

Outdoor, about 3 months in, Nutrients all from garden soil & miracle grow citrus soil,
Watered from appalachian rain.

There are small brown spots on the tops of the leaves as if they are being eaten but im not sure what pest it might be, if it even is one.
