What Age to Start Lsting?

I am on my 3rd node. Can i Start bending this pretty girl?

I bent mine at the first set of real leaves as to not have to raise my lights its worked out well, how ever I have a medium gaurd on the cup to protect against algae. That helped stabilize and allowed the plant to bend vs rip out the medium. I think if you are at 3 nodes you are going to be fine so long as you don't stat tearing the plant out of the ground.

Suggest bending the plant by hand before tying it off so you can see how well the root hold the stem in place.

Best of luck and always wash your hands before you touch the plant! Rubber gloves come in handy when cropping.

I'm 28 years old that's when I started.

i just started topping and lst, but i was told to start as early as possible, before the main stem hardens so by the 3rd or 4th node id say u can maybe go six nodes so long as the stem hasnt gotten to woody..im also just starting to try monstercropping to avoid the topping and lst or hst. ive been told using the monstercropping method i can get multiple colas without all the topping and bendeing in roughly the same amount of time..more time rooting, less time in veg were lst is faster to root but a longer veg time to let plants recover after training..like i said this is new to me so any info would be aprecciated.
