Hey bro, I need some advice on this western winds. I Must keep her height down under 3 feet. Can I constantly pinch her for new nodes, thereby creating a "bonsai" style bush?

id "pinch and roll"..you know, squish the stem and bend it,tying it down.itll heal kinda into like a big "knuckle"..removing anything from
a plant is working in reverse imo,and shouldnt be practiced unless its a necessary measure..bend her..train that girl!

Thanks 420 - I may have to just flower them indoors as soon as I have room and just leave the Lemon Kushes and Super Skunk outdoors. They should be much easier to contain.

Rory- that's a nice batch of plants, and boy is that kali stretchy! I trained/pinched my outdoor western winds to stay short. Here they are so far..DSCN0693.JPG I'm done pinching them, now it's time for all those nodes to grow out into branches :peace:

i feel my 1st k.m. would be great for mainlining..i dont know if itll produce the huge single colas, but its structure would handle it no prob..i kinda did it with the one in the pic with the buds

As someone who is looking for an "uplifting" sativa, i wonder if KM (Western Winds) is really "up" there. Guess I will find out the W.W. side of things this fall. How is the ceiling on that K.M. experience? Never smoked any myself-

Kali Mist is absolutely up there, rather, it's at the top of all the sativas that I've ever smoked. There are those who like the trippier side and I would not necessarily consider my KM mentally trippy, though she does play with sounds and my vision a little bit.

I grew Kali Mist a few years back.for what I remember she was nearly 7' tall outside.its buds were like wiffle ball bats.I have bad anxiety and it didn't help at all.My wife loved it and wants to try the Western Winds.

i was at a buddies, and he handed me an almost full joint of km, and told me for some reason, no one manages to smoke an entire j of it.. i hadn't smoked in awhile at the time, but i don't think i smoked more then 2/3 's of the j before i put it down for good...
i then proceeded to get so lost on my way home from his place to mine.. i must have stopped a good four or five times asking for directions. i'd get about a mile down the road and think to myself, fuck, did they say a right or a left at that last stop sign? oh look, someone getting into a car, let me get new directions.. :D

The only Kali I've had was from a dispensary. Decently well done, but probably could have been better. It was pretty darn mellow and not that trippy. Smelled very citrus like. Quite frosty. Not my style sativa, but a lot of people liked it.

So we now know more about Serious Seeds Kali Mist.. does anyone have any experience with Sagarmatha's Western Winds? I decided to go with this one, since i heard from many sources that it is even better than K.M. - with a pure Sativa Uplift. I will keep you guys posted on how mine turns out :joint:

for some odd reason, imvho, it seems that sagamatha seems to fall through the cracks for a lot of people.. idk why, you you really hardly ever hear about sagamatha on tons of forums like riu..
i like sagamatha though, i grew their strawberry d-lite a few years ago from fem seeds, and i really liked it, and their breeder tony, an american transplant in holland, seems to have a really good rep among other breeders..

to be fair, i think i got lost one other time coming home from his place too, but not nearly as bad as i was that last time.. it was pretty funny, and the worst part was, i didn't even have my cell phone on me so i was pretty much sol.. i eventually stopped, and this super nice older asian guy gave me pretty killer directions. he was super nice. i wish there was a way i could contact him and tell him thanks, but what am i gonna do, post a thank you in a papper, and say, thank you to the nice older asian man who helped me get back home the other day.. i have no clue where you lived, or even what street i was on at the time, but if you happen to be a nice, older asian man, and you recently gave a man directions on how to get back home, thank you very much?? lol..
