That is so ridiculous not giving more than 5g/day....
Imagine stupid people making up rules about something they know nothing about.....same old...same old eh FG?
Ignore the morons and treat yourself correctly.......take me with ya..I got lots to say and they usually run away. I argue ferociously and without couth in person...nasty prick that i am. Those type aresholes grind my butt. Medical Morons.
Once legal get here they gonna try to tell folks how much to use as well then...medical idiots are almost out of the loop soon enough....then i'll laugh in their faces....really loud too.

Is anyone choosing both indoor and outdoor growing options? Once registered, I can grow outside, however I need to keep it stealthy (a kid and I live in a subdivision). The other option is only indoors but I only have a tent which is 3.5x3.5x6 and of course indoors would require more electric cost and i wouldnt be able to leave it unattended like for a vacation or something. Any suggestions?

does anyone know how the outdoor growing will work since HC has said this program is temporary until something is put in stone in april? doesn't seem like there is any time to do anything outside unless they are going to grandfather the acmpr upon rec legalization

Just filled out the ACMPR forms for a personal grow, forms were very easy to fill out only took me about 20 minutes.

I do have a question though. I notice at the very end of section 2 there is a box marked "I have included my medical document"
Do I need to submit documents from my doctor or do they confirm that info through the LP i registered with?

use this form for doctors form.
My doctor has already filled that form out and sent it to my LP. My understanding was that those forms were sent directly to the LP not HC.

I just called HC to confirm and the Doctor does have to fill out that form and original copy must be sent with application.

it seems its the only form available and what others are using, including myself. I didnt let him send it il be doing that myself.
It's a 2hr drive to my Docs office, so I'm hoping he will send me a copy in the mail. Guess I should have got him to fill one out when I was there 2 weeks ago.

you can bring the sample document to your doctor or they can fill out an LP medical document and put that in with the application. but it has to be an original copy.

so i called my out of province doctor that has signed for me for last 5 years.
i have now been told that they can no longer sign out of province patients unless they are physically in their office.
since i am covered by the injunction and have no changes my doc said do not join the ACMPR as the changes
in 2017 will also effect med users. stay covered by the injunction and wait and see what changes may be upcoming.

lovely!

That's ridiculous. What happened to "reasonable access"? This just makes it harder.

I have to drive 1000kms to find a clinic. I have access if I drive. I would have to wait a month to let the cannabis metabololoids clear out of my system. Then due to pain I will only be able to drive for maybe an hour before I am in such pain that I cant breath. Should be there in about ten days. I have access.

Doctor wants to fuse my back together, it will be my best bet. POT IS BAD - AND HE HAS SOME PILLS - YUM !!!!

Pierre's boy and the rest of them can go fuck themselves.

Wait, you think this a good example to prove your point? The guy was growing illegally and the cops busted him.....now he might lose his job. Sounds great!!....he is definitely acting like a "real patient " according to you. I wonder how that scenario would have played out had he decide to get his grow permit via HC ?

No thanks gb. I'll wait for my legal right to grow. Don't need that kinda drama in my life.....also like having a job too.

But for all you "Real patients " out there....you go do what evers best for you and yours. ✌

not just that, thousands for a lawyer, they shut your power off and it cant be turned back on until a mold test and electric inspection is done...thats a few grand...the time off to go to court, the mental stress...its a fucking nightmare.....how do i know?i was busted in 2011 even with valid mmar paperwork!it did get dropped,11k later

I was told by HC joining the ACMPR doesnt void your MMAR. My mmar is useless to me because my production site is no longer valid. Im going to try my luck with the new program but still have my pink sheets, and will hope they will allow us to make at least an address change to that. If not so be it, I will be in the new program the only main difference I see (once you figure out your same daily limit) would be that you have to renew yearly which obviously sucks, but if thats the only down side then I dont think its terrible

Sounds like a lawsuit if I've ever heard one. Ever thought about suing?

That will get confusing...it makes no sense that pinks wouldn't be voided when you sign up in the new program.
