Well, I think they have been low-key thus far. Rightfully so, IMHO. They risk looking like "mean spirited people", and they are smart enough to know that and how to avoid it...they are looking for an angle...a crack somewhere in the armor...they risk nothing if they do nothing...they risk a lot if they make a huge deal out of it...and they are currently trying to determine if the risk is worth the potential reward...

Amnesty is the immigration system we have today—millions of people who live here without paying their taxes or playing by the rules, while politicians use the issue to scare people and whip up votes at election time.
