he did himself more harm than good while he was here. that's why i let it all ride. :-P
While I havent been to the PARC since it was called this, I can speak about what its original intention was. I started the CT dispensary with its infamous owner. As a struggling college student, I traveled 100 miles to and from Colorado Springs 3-4x a week, in between school, to help in developing rules/regulations, research projects, hash making techniques, drywall installation, general conbstruction, etc. The PARC/CT owner also re-did his grow site with my help, as it was in the stone age of sophistication. I looked up to the man: I recognized he had a lot of power; whether for bad or good would be determined. I on the other hand, was a quiet scientist looking to help the sick; I didn't even ask to get paid until 1.5 years into working at CT when I couldnt pay my bills any longer.

With the little money I had, I purchased the pool table, arcade game, industrial fridge, distillation equipment, chromatogrpahy columns, set up a distributorship for pure solvents, and purchased a total of about $40,000 worth of equipment. "Genovations" lab was created, where the PARC/CT owner bought the property and I bought everything in it. If you go to the CO dept of revenue and do a business search for Genovations, you will see that the owner of the PARC/CT was not the original owner, I was, and he soon bought the name to every slighly different spin off of Genovations.

Well, I moved to the springs to finish school and work at CT more closely. Long story short, I was going to formally buy in as 1/2 owner of CT/PARC. A dispute between the CT owner and my brother, who didn't even live in CO, ended up Making the PARC/CT owner try to physically attack me as he removed me from my lab property. He knocked his wife over, who stood in his path so he wouldnt get to me.

The PARC/CT owner has threatened to cause me physical harm. He has emailed me stating that I will never get my property back becuase he is entitled to it. He says its my fault everything broke apart between us, becuase I tried to cheat my family and him. truth be told, my brother moved to Colorado to become another person like the PARC/CT owner, but I never sided with him. The PARCc owner feels people are either his slave, or his enemy. The PARC/CT owner also had his attorney email me stating he will come after me if I ever try to work with any dispensary that he represents.

The only reason I havent sued is becuase the man is a crzy SOB. I know he will kill my dogs; he's told me about how he's done it before. He's told me about a woman he raped in a mud puddle over 10 years ago. Instead of refuting it, his attorney tells me the statute of limitations is over on it. What classy folks, I'm so glad that the PARC/Ct is the beacon of light to which we should all compare ourselves against!

The PARC/CT owner also has plagarized so much of my work, and taken credit for all of it. His most recednt Westword article talks about how he developed Genovations lab, makes all sorts of oils and baked goods, passed EPA inspection, and how they will be maing rDNA based yeast that produces THC. All these creations & ideas are my original thoughts & actions, the proof is in the Co Springs independent article 2 years earlier than the PARC/CT owners.

I was also the one who educated the ElPaso County drug task force for the PARC/CT owner, although he claims he did it. Simply go to his website, www.cannabistherapeutics.net and look at the dispensary guidelines booklet, you will see my name, Matt Schnur, in there. None of his educational pages were ever finished, as he attacked me before getting those booklets from me. The only reason his "lab" passed EPA inspection was becuase of the fumewhood, chemical wash supplies, explosion proof chemical cabinet, respirators, and MSDS sheets that I purchased and made sure were compliant.

So thats all I have to say about that. I had a good intention and wanted to help people. All I did was enable a sick, perverted SOB to take advantage of the sick and suffering. The PARC/CT owner is no different than Osama BinLaden: both utilize tiwsted views of religion to justify the most haneous actions against their fellow man, while believing they are doing divine goodness for society!

Luckily, I decided to get back into things. Like Bin Laden, terrorists only win if we allow them to control our lives. I will not live in fear of the PARC/CT owner anymore, and I am slwoly starting to help other dispensaries with products & services that the PARC owner cant dream of doing. Bottom line is, I've studied my ass off over the past 6 years, I have a molecular biology degree, and I am happy with a roof over my head, food in my fridge, and green in my pipe, no more is necessary. The PARC owner cannot compete with altruism if like minded people work together. I know his tactics, he can easily be taken out of business. Again, I dont want to be a top dog of anything; power corrupts. I am quite interested in working with other groups who want legitimacy, eeducation, and cGMP/cGLP compliant hash oils of pharmacutical grade, as well as food products with actual DNV labels.

WoW Matt, that is an incredible, but believalbe story.

It's sucks that people with great intent to help others can be overrun by those with great intent to fill their bank account by using others. Like they say "Money is the root of all evil"

Good luck in your endeavors !
