Week 3 SFV clone curling slow growth

In my 4x2x6ft closet tent I believe I stunted my 3 clones initially with a 300watt LED. The Gorilla Glue #4 and Girl Scout Cookies-thin mint seem to have bounced back but my SFV (San Fernando Valley) OG is finally kicking but just doesn't look good. I have moved from the Platnum LED p300 to CFLs which showed much more growth to just today a t5 6bulb setup for veg.
I'm growing in soil, EB Stone Edna's Best.. stuff I got at the local nursery and about a 25% perlite mix. I will not be using this soil again as I believe the bark and other elements are creating drainage issues even though I have each plant in 5 gal smart pots. I am watering about every 4-5 days, when the first few inches of soil become dry. I am using the standard nute schedule for General Hydro's basic 3 + CaliMagic and RapidStart and trying to keep the ppm under 800. I only introduced the CaliMagic last watering to all 3 plants and Rapid Start 2 watering ago.
I plan to scrog it as you can see, but this is my first grow and I'm open to any and all suggestions!

I fail at technology haha. Here's some pics of the tent and the SFV.. The pic of the 2 plants is GSC on the left and GG #4 on the right which both seem to be doing pretty well now..

I have also added a few pieces of 1 inch pvc between the smart pot and the drain tray to allow the moisture to evaporate as the bottom of my smart pots seems to stay wet a little too long.

Also, the t5 with all 6 bulbs on shoots the temps right over 80 around the plants, but it needs to be close enough to them... So I'm only running 2 or 4 bulbs right now depending on temps so I can keep the temps below 82 at most.

I think I've narrowed it down to nutrient deficiency due to soil PH lockout... I'm only using a cheapo PH meter but it will shoot straight to almost 8 PH when I insert it in the soil. Plan to use G.H. PH - Down with each water and see if I can't bring it down... Any other suggestions?

Well I stuck it out, and the SFV is catching up to the GSC and GG#4 finally! I think it was lacking Phosphorous and it was perhaps due to PH being too high, I PH my water+nutes down to 5.8-6 and they all seem to be much happier. :) 2 weeks into flower in these pics.
