The task force is for rec. not medical. We need to keep the two separated. Phelan is the key for us at the moment. Hopefully he rules in our favour and HC is told to make a system that works for everyone. That will be the table to be sitting at and giving patient feedback. As for rec, any system that does not allow home grows is doomed to fail and we will continue doing what we've done for a hundred years of prohibition. I'm sure that fact isn't lost on anyone in government. If they want Canada to be the shining example of post-prohibition marijuana legalization, they need to get it right the first time. I'm not worried.
