Watering

hello, i wondered if it helps the plants to spray them with water and if so how often as i killed my first attempt by over feeding i dont want to take any chances this time, thanks

Spraying is fine so long as the water doesn't linger around for too long. Leaves benefit from the oxygen in the water which is transfered to the roots. Only really do it during veg and the first couple of weeks of flower. Not too often, just call it a little treat.

thanks, also the stems are going a purple colour, just wondered if that was normal. im growing white widow
