Watering/Feeding schedule

Hello all. I am currently in week five of flowering. I am using an 250 hps light in my own grow box.
So I have a few watering schedule questions.
I am using fox farm Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, Also I am using peters fertz which has 10-50-10, and Molasses.
Does this sound like a good combo?
Also can I feed when the plant is sleeping. Also do you all just pour water in soil or do you ever pour it on the plants?
Any help would be awesome.

I water whenever it looks like it needs it. If the nutes are meant for soil...which yours are....ONLY use em AS DIRECTED. Dont feed the leaves with fox farm. I wouldnt at least.

Do you know if it is okay to water the plant when the lights are off?
