Water pipes

I am thinking about buying some wholesale water pipes from this company in China,
but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?

Completely legal to bring into the states through mail.
As long as it's classified a "water pipe"
And not a "bong"

Technically there are always legal until it aquires resin, or any form of thc.

I've had big problem with water pipes coming into USA. They were classified as 'glass ornament' yet customs stopped all of them... I only buy water pipes from shops now
