P.S.

I've been thinking, bottled water has gotta be an inefficient way to get water to flint.

They should set up water stations in abandoned lots around flint. Large tanks filled with clean water and each household person gets an allotment for drinking every week.

In large jugs that can be used in water coolers. Each household gets one.

Seriously tho, how are they gonna get enough clean water to the people of flint? People need to do dishes and shower more than once a week.

Washing clothes, showering and cleaning can still be done using city water. Lead from this source isn't absorbed through skin. Drinking and cooking with that water, however, that's different and should be done with clean water only. I don't know about washing dishes... maybe a final rinse with clean water. I'd also rinse my hands with clean water too.

Would I be happy showering with Flint river water? Absolutely not and would be enraged each time I had to do it but its not as big an issue as drinking the water or eating food cooked using that water.

Its all about money. I'd be on a massive ro di water filtration system ASAP if I lived there. But I don't probably because I CAN put an ro-di water filter system in place and have pipes replaced.

It sucks for the people in Flint right now. They are hand delivering bottled water by the case-load. At least that's what shows on the media.

Are you upset that I am not following your understanding of the ignore feature? I didnt see a set of guidelines on how it was supposed to be done so I am winging it and enjoying the hell out of myself doing it ;] I am not ignoring UB, I am simply blocking everything he writes so I dont have to read it. Ignored member shows up all the time as a poster but I am blissfully unaware of the pages he furiously types to prove he is better than everyone else.
you sound confused.

I read a great book on Reagen. He slept his whole 8 years. And when he wasnt he was aloof and watching movies. And blank stare out the white house windows for hours. He had to be told where to stand in front of cameras....what to say....who he was talking to. The joint chiefs were just amazed anything got done. His advisors were calling all the shots. He was just the face. Dementia was setiing in alot earlier than the public thought. It was a very closely guarded secret in his administration.
Sleeping at the switch, yeah I guess that's a role model for right wingers. o_O

Watching the debates....i cant believe the Koch Brothers and other GOP big money elites want to privatize the VA. What the fuk is wrong with these people? Republicans are truly strange. Beyond strange....thier absolutely frikin crazy. No one i know and probably you know has ANYTHING truly in common with these fuks. Why do working people all across this nation (and poor white folks of all things) keep voting for these people is beyind me. GOP true agenda is not that well hidden. And yet they get votes.
Privatizing prisons worked out pretty well FOR THEM, don't you think?
