Water delivery around ABQ?

Hello, im still kinda new here in abq, and lease is about to be up and was wanting somethin more private.

Found a good house, the only prob is, it doesnt have city water, it has a 1500 gallon tank in the back that would be my responsibility to refill.

For the past 2 weeks i assumed theres prob a company out there that delivers bulk water. And i just figured id call them once a month and they would come filler up. well, im not finding anything lol. and the realtor agent told my wife we would need a truck with a big tank in the back and make several trips to eventually fill up the 1500 gal tank. if thats the case we wont be able to move there cause i dont have a truck and even if i did it just sounds like a hastle.

So my question for all that is, does anyone know if such a company exist?

1 more kinda silly question i guess.

NM law says you can flower 4 plants and veg 12 i believe. So technically, would it be legal to flower four monsters under 4x1000 watts? Im just talking about plants, not dried buds. so if there was no weed in the house, but 4 big mamas growin, and cops pulled a kick door on me, would it be serious trouble?

4 flowering plants and 12 seedlings. no mention of size..

well i havent been online for a min and im sorry. but for your question on the plants you would be ok by New Mexico law. the law does not say how big your flowering plants can get. Just like the Licensed Producers they can only have a certin amount of plants so they got to grow them as big as possible to get the most out of the limit. just like us patients. 1 plant flowering for every 1000 wats!!! WOW id love to see those plants. posts pic asap.. lol
