water cloning?

hi peeps ive so far failed in trying to clone in rockwool. i was wondering about water cloning? do ijust put the clones in a cup of water under lights? or do i need to put cling film or something around the cup? can i just put the cup in a dome without cling film? please help thanks

you may have one of those hard-as-hell-to-clone strains.

well, this would be the stone-age method then you would be trying pal

first things first, what do you grow there, how long do you grow these plants and in what stage of growth are you (terms of veg or flower). and what did you do with those clones you toke so far? how and how long did you try to grow these?

well i took the clones 5 weeks in veg 5 nl x shive plants. dis thu usual stuff with rockwool after 3 weeks nothing? i ripped 1 of them open and the root hadnt even started? i was wondering if i could take more cutings 19 days in flower?

you were lacking one of the elements essential for root development. back track, and cover your bases. cleanliness is godliness, ambient temps, proper medium, adequete h2o but not too much, etc . now the key: patience. shiva might have a slightly longer then normal cloning time but either way i believe you lacked one of the elements. hit the grow faq and build a bubble cloner. and remember, try try and try again
