Want to X-tract Dry-Ice Kief

I absolutely love smoking kief and pressed hash :hump: I'm planning on getting some bubble bags (1-gal) and dry ice to facilitate the trichome separation. Fuck using water, and a then having to watch it dry for 5 days. What is the best way to go about this? Can I use fresh buds? If not, then should I run the dry bud / trim through a coffee grinder to break it up for the bubble bags? Also, as far as microns, does it go: lowest # (25 mic) =highest quality, and then quality declines accordingly as the micros sizes increase? Thanks in advance :blsmoke:

I make this on a reg...Dry buds, freeze buds, throw buds in bag with dry ice, start to shake. I do 3 different stages: 1st shake will be the best stuff...the more you shake the more plant matter comes threw. My second and third stage shakes is the cooking hash;)Big glass table works great for this

Dry ice hash is my go to method now. I got sick and tired of the time it takes making bubble, not to mention the loss of flavor/scent and color. I used to use a work bag, but seemed to have misplaced it... so I made a wood frame with a silkscreen.. (will test it in a few days hopefully :joint:)

Imo, I would never press first sieving. I just put it in a container and lightly tamp it.

Thanks ;-) what micron sizes are best? Mine will have 4 different bags, each with its' own micron size. Do the lower microns produce the best product?

Your gonna want to use fresh material, and only lightly adgitate for like 20 seconds to get pretty pure hash, then you can shake out the rest for a couple minutes for a lower quality hash
