WA Control Board Open for comments and Suggestions

WA state liqure control board is looking for suggestion on what rules should be included in the producer licensing portion of the new regulations. Since there are so many "brilliant" minds on this forum it might be a good idea to list a few well thought out rules we would like to see incorporated into the regulation. We have until 10 Feb to submit any ideas. Please copy and paste the list before adding to it. I can submit the suggestion by email to the WSLCB after we get consensus.

1) Allow for home producing in residence's that are in dual zoned areas

No outdoor grows in neighborhoods. We all love the smell of cannabis at harvest time but this would annoy the hell out of non-weed loving neighbors who might in turn vote for stricter regulations and even re-prohibition. (gasp!)

Mandate a Genetics seed bank that all growers can contribute to and draw from.

Hey it's the only game in the State ya know.. Where will ya get seeds and cuts if not from your Control Board.

Mandate chemical testing on samples being sold to catch for problems like radiation contamination possibly. The cure shouldn't kill.

Lets see.. chemicals allowed.. Organic certs and so on..

Allow for people to request produce. Such that if meds are good for some that they can get what they need and not have to take an "I'm sorry that's really a really old strain to be looking for now."

maybe i dont like the smell of their lillies or roses
