While were waitin for the seedlings to get the veg they need? Wanted too update the current run 200watt optic.CCC been stackn hard and has 3wks too put the weight Here is shot Tangie#5. smaller /fast sativa pheno. I got 4 phenos out pack 5. #3 is a keeper 50/50 nice yielder! I will do a Tangie report after there done over in the reviews.

20days and SnakeVenom/LemonOg/WhiteAliens are strong. And the 200watt optic doin what it does!

I am waiting patiently for final yield from 200watts of the optics with the CCC?6?7? maybe 8zs? IMO- Theres a z with each 1 those ARMS!! Make my 1st run with BBHB look like amateur hour!

I do not manufacture or sell lights commercially. If I did, and started with a list of things not to do, sealing the heatsinks and drivers into a metal box together would probably be the first thing on the list, or perhaps so obvious as to not even make the list. They are using quality components, for sure, but getting some basics wrong. I also don't see any structure on the bottom/business side of the box to keep it from resting on the COBs or lenses if set down on a table or workbench. Why aren't the drivers bolted in, is that really tape, or strapping? And those lever nuts are nice for DIY builds, but I've not seen them much on commercial products.

Those lights will probably work very well, due to the choice of top components, but as you said, they will live much shorter lives than they could due to heat. (For anyone else, we aren't worried about the overall heat these will add to a grow area, so much as the fact that they will be cooking themselves by containing the heat.) I do like the fact that the "chasis" can be opened easily, but the overall build looks amateurish. Not sloppy whatsoever, just poorly thought out. I'd rather be forced to remove 4 screws to open it and have proper venting with the drivers secured and placed properly. The power cord also makes me a bit nervous, since it does not look as heavy duty as I'd expect or attach via a standard socket, though this is one area I admittedly prefer to over do it.

There's promise here, but a lot of room for improvement. The other brand in this thread also looks "shop built" rather than "factory built," but that's not a bad thing since they appear to be designed with more thought and definitely look solid. I would not hesitate to try one of those, if they were in my price range when shopping for a light.

This is a 1st generation production COB. Of coarse there will be improvement from 1 to 2. Stacking drivers would not be the best way to do it,but with limited space available? that's what had to be done..There is a great warranty with the optics. and if a part fails? just take photo evidence of the malfunction and email optic and the part will be in the mail! Best in the business. Thanks for stopping by! Just finishin another run with the 200. These units pay for themselves 1st run. 4oz from the 200 1st run and expecting between 6-8 on this on. 3/4p with 200watts in 4months. of topshelf. Def worth the 500bucks spent.

Each Module is independently serviceable. So all other modules keep working until the driver/emitter is fixed.
