Vero 29 DIY Growlight questions

I have owned a few LEDs over the last couple years, and have decided to build my own. I will be using 5 Vero 29 4000 K Cobs, powered by a Meanwell HLG-185H-C1050. I've decided upon that particular configuration based upon the fact that I am going to be growing in a 3x3x2 tent, and I wanted adequate coverage. The 5 COBs will run @ a total of 191 watts, which should kick some serious ass in a 6 square foot tent.

I am trying to figure out what the par watts vs heat watts of the Vero 29 is at 1050 milliamps. Based upon whatever percentage of heat watts dissapated, I can figure out how I want to cool the fixture. I know that to passively cool 1 watt of heat, I need 17 square inches of heatsink. I would like to be able to passively cool the fixture, but I am not sure how efficent a Vero 29 is at 1.05 amps.

Does anyone know where to find the info I am looking for?

Assuming it's running around 50% efficient but I think it might be slightly under 50%.

38.2w x 5 cobs = 191w of dissipation.
times efficiency (50%) = 95.5 par watts and 95.5 heat watts.
After 10% losses = 85.95 par watts.
85.95 Par Watts x 4.62 conversion factor = 397.08 PPF
6sqft divided by 10.76(sqft per m2) = 0.55m^2
397.08PPF divided by 0.55m^2 = 722µmols/sec/m^2

I'm sure someone will correct my numbers if they are off a bit.

I was told no due to the voltage but I have since been corrected and 4 should run on it. I only bought 3 thinking they wouldn't run but have been told they will. The driver will correct the difference
