Based on what I can see on Meanwell specs, there isn't a CV driver that delivers enough output voltage for those cob's. I think that you may need to use a CC driver, so that asks the question of how hard do you want to run each of the cob's?

i might run them at 1400ma not 1750ma so i sould be able to get more cobs on each driver , i think there are invotronics drivers that will run these also and thay are a bit cheaper than mean well

found this 0.168-2.10A 1.68–2.10A 2.1A 249~528Vac 352~500Vdc 143 ~ 357Vdc 600 W 95.0% 0.96 0.95 ESD-600S210DT invotronics driver 2 of these should do it

or this one 0.11–1.40A 1.10–1.40A 1.4 A 90~305Vac/ 127~250Vdc 214 ~ 545Vdc 600 W 95.0% 0.99 0.96 EUD-600S140DV

has out put voltage of 214 ~ 545Vdc but is 1400ma
