Anyone use the veg bloom powder nutrients? Heard some good things and it's an all in one mix. Curious to see what people's thoughts are and if anyone has used it with success.

It's an excellent nutrient for beginners. I used it for several years

However, once I educated myself, I realized that our plants need a different nutrient blend during flower. And although V + B does a good job for flower it has way too much Nitrogen, even with their bloom supplements

I am switching to NPK RAW nutrients. They have separate Grow and Bloom formulas for those who have RO systems

Have you tried NPK's raw nutrients yet?

For simplicity, Ive found the SUNBULB X Better Grow Orchid Food... is killer for weed. It has both Veg/Bloom formulas.

Also CONTAINS MAGNESIEUM.

My basic mix is 2 parts Veg x 1 Part Bloom, for Veg, and 2 parts Bloom x 1 part Veg for flowering, and then drop the Veg after mid bloom. Use much less for small plants/seedlings. Leaves little, if any salts/residue. Very clean.

Has 0 Urea Nitrogen, and only the highest bioavailable chemicals.

I like V+B. Easy to use. Just get your water to 0.2 EC and then just add as much as you need to get to the desired EC... That's it

i love general hydroponics maxi series... these powder nutes are cheap and better than just about any liquid nute,, i like gh flora also but its a bit more expensive... ive heard people saying they use maxi bloom alone, veg through flower, and it works well.. for me tho i mix grow n bloom the first 2 weeks of bloom then from week 3-finish i use maxi bloom alone....

I like veg+Bloom, unfortunately I learned the hard way that you only need a little less than half strength when using fox farm happy frog. Now that I'm dialed in the nutes can't be any easier. With my tap water averaging 7.4ph v+b dirty, almost gets me down to 6.5ph, when mixed with shine I get about 6.0 then a little ph up and I'm good to go.
