Vac purge what pressures are you running and whats optimal pressures

Got a question for the Vac purge users what pressures are you running and why
Also being in a Vac chamber ???
Should altitude factors be added to melting point .... my guess is No
and does this sound correct planning on running neg 25 pressure giving me approx 550,000 micron and around 150 degree C melting point ???

No altitude factors for temperature, but you do have to adjust vacuum levels for altitude. See attached chart:

Optimum temperature varies by strain and even what part of the plant it came from, but if you place in a thin film and bring the temperature up until it just fully melts, you will be at the temperature for your puddle that I have the best luck with.

I then start the vacuum and limit it to the equivalent of -29.5", either with the vacuum controller or by bleeding in nitrogen.
