uv black light?

Hey guys I'm just finishing week 8 of flowering on my purple Supremes. Should I only use my uv light last week or should it be used throughout the whole flowering cycle? I know only to turn it on every 15 minutes every hour of the 12 hours of light time? Any thoughts?

I used full spectrum LEDs this last grow and they had infared. I used it throughout the whole grow. Ive never seen frostier buds in my life. Might be coincidence, but out of 11 strains 9 were super frosty and the other two that werent getting very much light were good but just not as frosty.

I just went ahead and said Fuck it. I turned the Magnum LED on, put the black light on and I'm going to leave it on the whole ten hours. I also used SHOOTING POWDER for the frostiness.

Here's a pic. But you know what? Today when I came in to the room, my flowers felt very airy. I wonder if the light had anything to do with it.

glucose c from the chemist give really frostie buds ......its 99% carbs , molasses is about 20-40%

iv done a side by side test ( no pics left sorry)

1tablespoon per watering in flower ........ Iv allready done testing

good luck even though i know you wont use it.

I'm not sure you want a black light I think you want a uv - b spectrum bulb.

Where do I get glucose c? Local Hydro shop?

I promise I am not being a jack ass but doesn't stand for ultra violet black light? Anyways I got the light from my hydro shop. I'll post a pic later. I'm at work right now. I'm a chef by day and gardener by night. Lol

Uv black light is not uvb. Unfort they are very diff.

Is what your after.... California light works led comes with uvb.

Yea it might....I just know that the black light from says Spencer's won't have it... That one may just gotta do some digging

Pretty sure blacklights dont do anything for plants. Plants like UV light, but the blacklight has the wrong type of UV's. I think plants like UVB and blacklights have UVA or the other way around, not sure but you get the point.

He is absolutely right! What you want is a "Reptile Light", from a Pet Shop (10 or 20% UV-B). It looks like a regular CFL.
