Absolutely. Both the fans and filters all are rated. Make sure the filter can handle the fan. My 6 inch draws 450 cfm. Thats a low number you posted.

Go as big as you can on the filter. Get a 8 or10 inch and reduce it. The bigger the filter the better and longer it works.
