Really? I've seen numerous examples of how Dyna Gro has the right amount of everything in the Foliage Pro and Protekt to grow mosters in coco. I never had any problems with cal or mag just running dyna gro grow and protekt in coco hempies.
So.. What part of my statement you having such a problem with? I'm pretty sure I said I was happy with dyna gro right? Have you tried GH coco? Because I've tried the dynagro line and had major mag issues in coco hempies when I didn't run the mag-pro..

Maybe you don't know what to look for but if you're "just running dyna gro grow and protect in coco" you're definitely going to be deficient.. Dynagro grow is only 2% cal and .5% mag and you're not getting any from the protect so unless your water is hard as rock, I find it hard to believe that .5% is going to keep the ladies happy..

Even with the 1.5% mag the cocotek bloom has I still find myself having to add Epsoms occasionally in the LED tent.

I still don't know what problem you had with my comment. Dynagro is fine but take a look a the GH label and you'll see the difference and why I said I decided to purchase GH instead.

I don't have a problem with anything you said, but have never personally had problems with mag or cal using grow and protekt, without mag pro in coco hempies. I used distilled water in an LED tent, but who knows. I don't even use coco anymore, and haven't for a year so trying to argue is pointless. Cheers.

Not trying to argue buddy.. Throw some pics up of your coco grows using distilled water under LED.. I'd love to see some of those healthy plants ran with such a low level of mag in coco with distilled water under LED.

Those bottles supply more than enough of each element.

Here is a foliage pro grow with LEDs, as if the lighting makes any difference at all: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=325694

this is my testimony , that you absolutely do not need any of the over priced and over rated nutrients that people swear by day in and day out. its actually getting to the point where its aggravating me watching people pour so much money down the drain because they're trying to follow suit with other growers who claim that you must use these nutrient blends and ph adjusters if you want a good crop. im here to tell you that its complete bullshit. i myself grow indoors and have done so with great success using...wait for it...... fucking miracle grow. yup...that's really it. i use miracle gro ( all purpose ) 24-8-16 with whatever cheap micro nutrient i happen to get. and i only use the micro twice threw out the whole grow. i grow bag seeds and they turn out beautiful sativa dominant plants for me. i use cheap potting soil with no fertilizer in it. i use plain tap water and ive NEVER used any ph adjusters. i use my miracle grow by way of eye , i dont even use the measurements. and i always pull quality buds off of my plants.

24-8-16 and its boron is 0.02 copper 0.07 iron manganese 0.05 molybdenum 0.0005 zinc 0.06.
thats the miracle gro. its high nitrogen and has plenty of other nutes in their.

last but NOT least! , ive done side by side grows with miracle grow and high quality 3 part nutrients , general hydroponics i believe it was! and the difference between the plants was so small that it did not even come close to being worth the extra money i spent on the bullshit fertilizers.

im not telling anyone what to do but i wont sit silent and actually let these FOOLS tell people that using fertilizers that are marked up in price threw the roof will really make a huge difference. it will make a difference but it will be a small difference. if i can grow quality bud with miracle grow than you can also PERIOD.
I'll use my canna nutes and I'll throw down better weed and more per light or watt or however you'd like to measure guarantee

using dyna gro in coco you definitely have to supplement calcium and magnesium unless you're flipping your plants immediately after they root.

I dunno if I mentioned in this thread yet, but I use Nature's Care, which is an OMRI listed organic line under the MG parent company. Coco/Peat/Yucca based substrate, no synthetics, and no time released nutes. Nutes are granulated organic matter mixed up with Rhizobacillus that are activated when wet, not liquid.
