Using CO2 in a Grow Tent

I know that normally a sealed off room would be preferable for using CO2. But I was wondering if there were any pointers on how to do it with a grow tent. The tent I'll be using is a 5x5 Gorilla Grow Tent. I've read about various fungus products and bottles that supposedly can offer CO2, but am unsure of what course to take.

I have an intake and exhaust fan, both of which are on timers, so I can control the air flow if needed to allow for CO2 use.

Thanks again everyone!

A sealed off room can use 300-500ppm of c02 with plants growing at a normal rate. If you pull from outdoor then you will already be in that range.. If you pull from a vacant house then it will be slightly higher.

1000+ only works if you speed up plant metabolism. You know, metabolism only moves as quick as the weakest link so if you have ANY problems that bring growth back to normal rate then anything past 500ppm is useless.

Light intensity, foliage temp, health then the plant will want more water/nutes & gas to keep up but that comes with problems because the plant starts transpiring water at a crazy rate which usually requires a dehumidifier if your a/c cant dehu the room enough which just takes up more space.

If you have experience with growing healthy plants then sure you could try out co2 with the right equipment but if you haven't got much experience then i wouldn't waste my money on gas just yet, not unless your choking them out in a sealed room.

Thank you for the detailed and realistic reply. This will be my first grow using a COB LED and a bigger plant count than I'm used to working with. So I figure might as well focus on the basics again before getting too adventurous.
