You've shown very little in the way of actual scandals. You've also failed to show that "the entire administration is corrupt". You're making the claims, I suggest you support them rather than asking me to point out the obvious to you.
I don't need to, I'm not the one making dim witted claims. There are plenty of politicians who are bipartisan representatives, you are being intentionally obtuse to somehow create a favorable underpinning to your outlandish claims.
If you can't look to the past for guidance, you'll be doomed to repeat failures in the future. And I'm not sure you understand the word, "bipartisan", you awkwardly misused it here.

We the People might need to have a Democratic Event, much like the founding of the country, wherein we dismiss the completely corrupted edifice en mass and write a new set of laws that guarantee our rights, freedoms and most importantly accountability to We the People at every level of government from dog catcher to Supreme Court Justice... and while we're at it, give those rascals term limits and have them elected BY the people as opposed to selected FOR the people.
Lawfare will destroy us all, rich and poor. It's the favorite shield and weapon of the oligarchs and the corrupt against the people. We must put a stop to it and OUR weapon is accountability. It must be supreme, and it must hold everyone with public authority equal in the eyes of the law to everyone else.

After one's first million in income, the top tier should be 50%, NO deductions. Estate taxes the same. Capital gains tax the same. Corporate taxes THE SAME.
Our upper class has stolen our nation's wealth for themselves, by buying themselves dramatically lower tax rates than the rest of us.
THIS MUST END.
If it doesn't, our society will fray and tear right along the ever sharper divide between rich and poor and the ship of state founders in revolution.
And don't think it can't happen here. I'm no revolutionary, I fear one and its consequences. Hence my sense of urgency.
