Upward turning leaves.

Plants are looking good but some sections of the leaves have turned upwards. I moved the 400w MH light up as a precaution. Any ideas what causes this. Many thanks for any replies.

Can you post a pic? Are the leaves just turning upwards, or are they also experiencing some deficiencies?

no pics, no info on anything else like, medium, system, lights, feed etc????

Can't really help without detailed information. I can only hazard a guess and that guess is your roots, EC and PH together. Somethings set wrong.

If you suspect its knats, have you inspected through a microscope?

Anyways- that looks like heat stress to me- the outer edges curling in. If it was the tips curling it would be feed and /or root related.
How far away is the light and have you got a fan in there? Extraction?

There's a slight rusting appearing too, which is a sign your PH is slightly out, causing you to show a CAL/MAG deficiency.
CALcium and MAGnesium are literally only a few points apart on the PH scale which is why it's so important your PH is correct!! In soil you want to aim for 6.5 PH any lower and CAL/MAG in soil are not present for uptake.

Your PH is wrong causing a deficiency (very early stage) and that's the rusting.
