Court of law says any exculpory testimony from a cop on your behalf is to be treated as hearsay.\
Yet any testimony by a cop that would incriminate you is allowable evidence
Because cops don't commit crimes under the protection of the law, absolutely not, no cop would ever think of doing anything like that, we hold them to a much higher standard...

/s

I've heard of cops raping women after pulling them over and not being charged..

can you name these witnesses then?
According to the post they are speaking to the grand jury. Their testimony would be under oath.

Again, they are AFRAID of the mob. So no, I cannot name any of the protected eyewitnesses.

I am just explaining to you the reason for your impending butthurt.

Kind of stupid. I don't mind the insults but at least include something in your post also that does have to do with the topic.

Wow, good point.

Retard is correct in this statement.
There is nothing you can tell a cop that will EVER help you, any statement that would be evidence in YOUR favor is called hearsay by the courts, unusable, and anything you say that Corroborates your guilt is called EVIDENCE. "can and will be used against you in a court of law"

This why you NEVER talk to police for any reason whatsoever in any investigation of any kind, ever. Mum is the word.
