Can someone please help me i live in r.i. and applied for my patient license.r.i. is really fuked up. I know i will get my card to carry and you also can grow 6 plants but i have no room.The real question is i dont even know the caregiver and is the caregiver supposed to charge the patient rather cheaply, like NOT STREET PRICES? Are there any caregivers in r.i. 11:00pm 1/10 hope someone can help me nobody ever calls me back. Thanks my brother and sisters. tycoon777
