Two NutureLite 200w and Three Plants

Hello. I am planning of taking advantage of my countries new laws regarding cultivation of marijuana (you may have three plants for personal consumption here). I have chosen to go with two 200w nuturelites since the space I am using will be difficult to ventilate and I need to keep the heat down. I am buying both nuturelites at the same time, one blue 200w for vegging and one 200w red for flowering. I was thinking, why not use these both throughout the entire cycle. Could there be any downfalls of using the blue spectrum light during the flowering stage? My space is 110cm by 120cm and 60cm deep (43.3 in by 47.2 in and 23.6 in deep ). I haven't grown in over ten years so I'm a bit rusty, but I'm excited to try out the nuturelites. Anyone else have any experience with these bulbs? If so please let me know.

ps: I know a lot of you must be thinking. He's got a nice sized space, a country with lenient marijuana laws, and he's going to use CFL? Well, I want to just try these out and see what I can do without having the heat issues. If I'm unsatisfied (after all I am just growing for personal consumption) then I can always bud with a 400w hps in the future.

So, anyway. an open call for anyone with ideas on how to pimp out my cfl grow room. Any help greatly appreciated and I plan on documenting the grow here for you all to see as well.

im using 250w envirolite red for flower and adding a 250w blue in a few days to the grow

i vegged 8 plants with just 250w blue

now im down to 4 ladys
