Canada - Two men have been found responsible for the death of a small-time marijuana dealer during a botched home-invasion robbery at the victim's home more than two years ago.

Court of Queen's Bench Justice Beth Hughes on Thursday convicted Alexander Vuozzo of second-degree murder and Michael Wozny of manslaughter in the machete death of Kevin Bowser, 43.

Both men were also found guilty of break and enter to commit an indictable offence.

Hughes said the two men plotted to rob Bowser of his pot stash and cash at his home on 43rd Street S.W. on Jan. 9, 2008.

He died from loss of blood from deep wounds.
