Twisted leaf growth.

Any idea what would cause fan leaves that appear "twisted" or "gnarled"? Not all of them are like this. Otherwise growth seems normal. Can't remember if this began happening with the introduction of nutrients or not. This does not appear to be harming them at all but I'd like to make sure it's not a sign of problems to come.

Not too much to worry about, if the new growth is twisted then you have an issue.
