if you want to go for a vacation for a week and have a larger script, you are hooped! that 5 g/day limit they set while they know the average is 18...that's not a good move. even the HC lady said she could see 150g causing problems

ya I look at it as a DG, not as a patient, I needed to get my shat to the posty and that was it, also I never cared taking anything for a drive cause no one would catch me or smell product if I was pulled over

did anyone else receive all the other court cases like ours that have had recent decisions?
my cover letter to me from courts,

"enclosed are some recent decisions on actions witch are similar to yours. the court has decided that all mmar-mmpr actions should be case managed by justice Phelan, and that any new plaintiffs would receive the same info. "

did it come in the mail?
did you file Goldstars and that's why you got the letter? i am asking as I am curious if it went out to all MMAR/MMPR or Goldstars.

goldstars, my guy who took my 2$ sent this to me.... I didn't ask, he just did. several hundred pages of court info from 2000-2014 allard
everyones names that have filed up to now through goldstars and other case people

I got this too. You need to confirm you received the files from the crown. Simply reply "receipt confirmed" or you will get a flagged email asking you to confirm you received it.

were does it say that? I spoke to him 3 times and he never once mentioned to reply....
I got 1 pack with my filing for court with seal. then a week later I got 6 different court case info on related cases....... with a cover letter and no were have I seen, need to reply

well I did the reply anyway but highly dought you have to. I have receipts from court, email receipt, a stamped seal, confirmation emails and #s, a email stating 2$ was excepted. so wtf would I have to email em....don't make sense.
also email tag is "do not reply to email"

And I got a call today from Edmonton to pay for mine...depends where you are...

i never got that stuff...sniff sniff...
i think i didn't get it because i filed earlier and those are the things that came later showing the steps. the last one should be about all the Goldstars being stayed until the outcome of Allard...that's when we get our kick at the can. Allard case has 4 points whereas Goldstars asks for 20.
after thinking, i got that paperwork when it came out....oops....i love the taste of my own foot

I was sent a one page notification saying all cases to do with Mmar/mmpr repeal are stayed until we have the allard verdict.

that's the bottom line...after Phelan finishes with Allard, Goldstars are up and hopefully we get more conditions met/more relief than from Allard!

The absolute best of luck to all of you who are taking this cause ....several steps forward...

If your not part of the allard trial you need to drop the $2 it cost to file a goldstar claim.

Exactly. Allard covers 4 distinct points of contention. Goldstars covers 20 iirc.

I got another letter today, just saying, her majesty has received claims seeking declarations pursuant to the charter.
