So I'm filling out the forms and I just can't help myself but actually read the statement of claim (because quite honestly the "transcript" just isn't enough heavy reading lol) anyway, I'm getting a charge out of the way he words things...it reminds me of how I always have to point out the little idosyncracies of the wcb act to the wcb when I need something...he's great!

Ok now this is getting really fucking frustrating...how are you supposed to fill in the statement of claim value? Every fucking edit button I click does nothing....

if you open it as a PDF, i don't think you can edit but if you open the word doc, you can edit

If you have the program Adobe Reader *PRO*, you can directly write in the document. Otherwise you will have to use another word processing program to open the document and then save it as a pdf when finished.

the best program is openoffice.org

It edits and saves every type of document. No need to pay for anything or free trials coming to an end.

it's easy and the cost is only $2...you could end up with a permanent exemption so I believe it's worthwhile.
anyone thinking they are going to get rich from this is not looking at it for the right reasons. i don't believe one penny will be paid-I could be wrong-but the whole kit is for complete repeal...if we get enough, maybe we CAN change things

don't worry...the new ruling will open up things for us. we'd still be able to grow for ourselves etc...it's Allard plus.
we are "grandfathered" due to the injunction for Allard. when Phelan hands down his ruling, the injunction will be over. if we lose, we will appeal and have to get another injunction but if we win, the the Crown will appeal and I would be curious to see their injunction

I still don't think we're going to lose...it's only common sense that people move...from what I've read of the transcript so far, Phelan has a sense of humour about this and I don't mean that in an arrogant or negative way...he points out the stupidities of some things the government tries to pull. The only sticking point I see is the people who let their pinks lapse....oh and 150g carry limits are personally restrictive...section 7 folks it's our saving grace I think....

imo the 150g limit was to try and slow the back door sales. if I could still cary 2+ lbs to the mail than its that easy to sell to joe some.

if you produce for yourself, and your grow is somewhere besides home-how to you get it home when you've cropped? if you have a 15 a day lic-that's a LB per month and if you want to have 3 months at home while you grow your next-how do you get the 3 LBs home? 150 at a time? that would be 9 trips instead of 1...WOW

And that's why 150g is personally restrictive...
