Right on, those do look exactly like what I was seeing in there! It's good to know they aren't bad. I figured they probably weren't because they seriously don't care about the plants at all, they are just kinda cruising around the soil every so often. I only see them once a week tops and usually just in one plant. Weird! =)
They form collonies just under the top of your medium and feed on soil dwelling pests mainly Fungus gnat larvae and thrips larvae.

If there is no food around for them to eat then they can also feed on decaying matter in your medium. Old dead roots etc so they are pretty beneficial to have.

I used to like watching them walk around my lids of my pots after watering when bought 12,000 of them to help combat thrips a few grows back.

THATS WHAT IM WORRIED ABOUT!!! Pricks getting all in my shit! Im in the same room as my girl.. Soil mites i think i have, as theyre clear fast little running things only on my soil or pot edge.. CREEPY STILL!! Have you seen them thru a 65 x scope?? BED BUGS!! OR TICKS, Look similar...
