Trying to get at least 10oz

There in 3 gal pots and I vegged just over 7 weeks.
You should get pretty close, pic below is 6x 1gal plants (there's also a party cup in there which was just in there for a few days to sex), generated just over 6 oz. dry from a 2x2 tent under 200w of Chinese COB LED's. You'll have to fill your space wall-wall with bud to get your weight but it's certainly doable.

That looks sweet what strain ? And yeah I'm hoping I can create an even canopy to all 4 corners of the tent, I would be so happy if I could achieve 10oz.
They did well, first time I had run a full tent in there, use that tent for breeding more than anything. Those were 3x THC Bomb and 3x Blue Dream, they were in 1gal for about a week then flipped. I dropped the THC Bomb but still have the Blue Dream clones, good producer. You may want to supplement the 400 with some warm CFL's to get full coverage in that space but you can grow a lot of weed in 8 sq. feet :)

Cool I'm thinking blue dream maybe next run I'll see how these strains come out I have cloned them before I put them into flower and I cranked the light up to 600w so hopefully it'll be enough coverage.

Well I'm at the start of week 3 flower all is going ok going to cut back on the plagron grow now and just hit with plagron bloom and plagron green sensation. Let's see what happens. Any input welcome I've also trimmed the bottom out will do some more when it recovers.

They're looking good & healthy. To get anywhere near your 10 oz. target though, your going to have to plan to a) find the right genetics/pheno, b) veg/train a bit longer or fill the space with 1gal SOG clones straight to 12/12, maybe 1 week veg. Basically for that kind of weight you'll have to have colas wall-wall after the stretch and some nice dense genetics. You're looking at somewhere between 5-6 zips dry max if those are 3 weeks in (past the stretch), nothing wrong, they look good, but there's not enough buds/colas/footprint there to get 10 oz. dry. For example, I have a tent exactly that size that I use for vegging with 2x 7gal plants filling the tent now wall-to-wall and about 24" high from the soil line. When I flip them they'll stretch to fill a 3.5 x 3.5 x 3.5'H footprint and I'll expect to get 10-12 zips from the 2 plants under 315w CMH. They'll have vegged for 6.5 weeks by the time they flip. I've tried many different configs but the one's that produced the best were SOG almost straight from rooted clones in 1gal, or larger 5/7gal vegged longer to maximize the footprint (including available height). Cheers.

Thanks for the advice man appreciate it what can j do to increase my yield I have the light on 600w now about 20 inch away have good airflow have vegged for quiet a while over seven weeks I have counted the topps there is 34 in total I also understand my genetics are pretty good but we will see I have started using a flower booster yesterday and there only starting week 3 so they've been in 2 weeks now and do you think you can get more by maybe doing 8 or 10 1 gal pots with clones straight from when they rooted ? Thanks again buddy for your input I'll keep you updated

Good time to crank up the light, that should get them going. If you look back at that pic I threw up of my 2x2 tent, those were good-size clones transplanted from party cups into 1gal fabric pots, then vegged for 1 week, really just let them settle from the transplant, once I saw new growth they went into the tent @12/12. That was 6x 1gal in a 2x2, so yeah I'd say 10, maybe even 12 in your 2x4. It's an easy way to get some decent yield and quick turn-around. As I mentioned, the other way I've seen more or less equal results are larger 5/7gal pots, fewer plants but vegged for a few weeks to maximize the space/footprint. Both these configs have produced 1 oz./gallon with decent producing genetics which is not bad in soil. It really doesn't matter the container size, it's about filling the footprint including the right height with as much bud as possible, in your tent 10x 1gal vegged for maybe 2 weeks since you have some extra height (my 2x2 is only 4ft. high) would yield quite well. Here's a pic last night of the 2x 7gal I was referring to, they'll be moved into the flower room and flipped this weekend after total of 6.5 weeks veg. The tent is exactly the size of your tent (2x4x5'), plants are now wall-to-wall, one is 22" high from the soil line, the other is 19" but wider/spread out. Expecting 10-12 zips dry from these under 1x 315w CMH. Cheers.

Yeah mine felt like they took forever to grow what strains would you suggest for the sog method so 10 or 12 1 gal pots I still have some seeds left 5x sharksbreath 2x DNA golden lemon and 1x cheese candy cheers for you input and time.

Big difference going from seed than clone, the short veg is typically easier/better with clones as you'll have a better idea of how they grow and behave and they have a head start over seedlings. I haven't done a lot of SOG as I travel quite a bit for work at times, watering can become a bit of a pain every other day in flowering with small pots so I typically stick with larger plants/containers. Ideally you'd want a strain that likes to grow with one primary main cola and not a lot of branching as it can get out of control, you can also fit more plants in without having to deal with a jungle, but neither of the 2 strains in my pic were that way and I was able to manage it.
