Trusted seed provider that will ship SAFELY to the US? AND that doesnt sell BS seeds?

Hello all, this isnt my first post, I am an old member who hasnt been on here in a long time and I was reg. with an older email addy and nic that I no longer use...

Anyhow, been burned 2x by a seed bank in Canada getting Ladyburn 1974 and Blueberry....so, I will not use them again. I currently have 2 of the 'burn under 18/6 and they look pitiful! This happens every time with this provider...only reason I know is I am an expert grower that used a bag seed and grew some tremendous crops with them Vs. the feminized strain I bought from said provider...

So my ? is this...what is the bank I can trust with A. Shipping SAFE to me in the States & B. knowing when I germ and bring those puppys up they will be beasts! Looking for a bumper, indoor, short cycle strain...if anyone wants to provide feedback.
