True vape pen oil making?

So might be on wrong forums so if need to switch let me know to where. I am trying to figure the best way, without lots of time spent, meaning months, to make an oil/tincture that will work in a vape pen. I have seen a few flower pens that the weed actually touches the red heating element.
This is not a vapor. It is smoke. Now I have also seen the Nicotene pens that are quite reasonable with replacement wick cartriges that are empty or filled with the solution to be vaped. These solutions are not very viscous at all and so now trying to come up with right way to make my bud into usable solution.

Seems all concentrates that come from dyi home stuff, PG+Glycerin and or Isopropyl Alcohol come out rather thick. Can you use it in the wick nic pens or even in the expensive herb pens?
I have seen some pens that let the oil and wax touch the coils. Well this just seems like a mess and a coil system that will not last long. And or compustion possible. Never seen any oil/wax touch a red hot element and not make smoke from burning. But what do I know right.
Seen the nic pens, $29 bucks that have tanks that can be filled, as I said, that have wicks and do not allow the oil to contact heating structures.
So can you make an oil that will be thin enough to work in on of these and or one that might be for cannabis but that does not oil the coil and or has a tank that you can change out? Also I want to flavor my oil with nic oil or non nic oil so I want to be able to fill my tank and not have to think about it again until it runs out. Seems like you should be able to get lots of hits out of the tanks I have seen if they are filled with the oils I have seen being the oils are very high in % terms for cbd/thc. If must have a cannabis/oil vape pen then what one will work and or what one has a clean tank system if any that is at a cost that is right. 80bucks is a rip. I know there must be a way to make the cheap nicotene pens work, just not sure how to make the oil to vape in em. Thanks for any help.
Ps. Have read and seen many a totorial on making oils with this or that so no need to direct me to the ones that don't specifically answer the question. Not making oils, or scatter, or wax to be heated in a bong with a tourch so to speak if you understand.
Sorry for my run on sentences but I just type away and do not edit. Thanks again...

using BHO/shatter and PEG400usp will separate after a couple weeks. ive found using qwiso oil and peg400usp at a 50/50 by weight NOT by volume works perfectly with NO separation. even after 6 months, still stable. I make 75-100ml master batches at a time for my patients, and offer free flavoring as well.

Well that sounds good but have read it really doesn't work like you say. Lots of detractors and people saying you must Decarboxylation process for liquid to work so makes no sense because all things must be heated even brownies, and all liquids, concentrates, flowers are heated. Vapor is made through heat. So why all the Decarb posts? Heating is what everything does to any thc product in the end so heating separately seems odd. But what do I know yes? As with the post here to use peg400usp, not a word about Decarboxylation. One, just one good sound logical formula would be nice. If you don't see how Decarboxylation and the need for it does not make sense then please don't post an answer because you must think to understand what the process is and what the process is to use all thc products. ie they all are heated. To adnausium... Thanks.

You can de-carboxylate your bud before you ever make your qwiso so that does not preclude the above as an option. My understanding is that it makes the end product more potent if you decarb it first. But I wonder myself. I just tried making a strong pg/vg tincture with shake and some bud and I couldn't get it strong enough. So then I added some kief and still not strong enough. So now I am going to make a BHO concentrate and mix it with the pg/vg mix. I have heard a 70/30 or 80/20 pg/vg mix. The pg is to carry the flavor. PG is thinner but it does not produce a lot of vapor so that is why people add the vg. I have read a 2parts carrier oil to 1 part HBO. I am going to do a 1:1 since I can always dilute it. I would love someone to chime in on how to dissolve the HBO into the PG/VG as the two do not mix well. And how to keep them from separating. I have read that you first make the BHO and then re-dissolve it with a solvent and add the PG/VG and then burn off the solvent for a final time.

Deamon Trich: Do you mix the qwiso with the peg400 straight and does the oil dissolve. I have not been able to get mine to dissolve in pg or vg and I read that you cannot do it that way. Could you clarify a little bit more about that please
