Trouble with Optic Grow Lights website???

I am trying to get to their website, but everything is routing me to Amazon.com. Is anyone else having the same problem? Thanks

I have a voicemail in now thanks to the phone number JimmyIndica provided…but no one returned my call…yet. I honestly don't know what to do other than order one off EBay…but I hesitate to do that because it might be older models that don't have the newest chips. Anyway, I had some questions to ask them before I ordered and I just can't get through -kinda frustrating!

Yea man, I was hoping Optic was going to be the solid company that the LED market sorely needs. I don't get why all these LED companies operate on a fly by night seat of the pants business plan. People complain about Mars Hydro but they seem to be the one constant in the market.

For what the 200watt optic is capable off? It would take 400watts of mars do the same. IMO

These are from 120watt and 200watt optic fixtures and they are the little ones of the lineup.

Yea maybe but if you can't get a hold of them and they're fly by night then the warranty is shit. I bought the 250 but I don't like the idea of them dropping off the face of the earth.

Its on every forum that they sold the company and website and email would take some time and wanted every one to call if they needed help with anything.
IMO optic has best warranty in the market. Photo evidence and they send me the part and I can service myself. My optics will never go back for service.

rather then bashing the company you could have just searched this forum as jimmy pointed out a lot of people knew they got bought up or you could've just asked instead of being so negative i think they deserve some respect they gave this communitywhat they asked for the least you could do is be patient

Some of you guys act like little kids. If anybody questions anything you get all butthurt. I live in reality and I call an ace of spades an ace of spades. If you need someone to handle you with kid gloves stop reading my posts. I wasn't bashing anyone I just think being redirected to Amazon.com is weak and as a customer I expect more.

sure I'm the little kid cause I'm throwing a tantrum about a light good call anyways i think it's great this is the start of something wonderful as far as commercial cobs go people are taking notice and companies are getting pushed forward so grow up dude
