trimming

so im a first time grower using my shed, my 6 plants are a little over 5 feet and look ok. the reason i say ok is cause theres a decent amount of spider mite marks and the leaves are getting yellow on one of the plants...the top part of them look nice though, i keep getting advice to trim and not to trim from sources..i dont have pictures right now, im just hoping to get some REAL advice

Dont trim leaves, trim sucker branches. If its already past a week in bloom, dont do either, just spray the bugs.away

Welcome to RIU lazy. Unless you destroy the spidermites, you won't have a harvest. That has to be your top priority now.
