I transplant mine as soon as I see roots developing on the edge of the soil around 4 days or so. I transpant them directly into the container that they will stay in untill they are completly finished up. This is to avoid transplant shock and to ensure I dont stunt their growth! This is from seed of course! Also it is claimed that if you limit the tap roots ability to grow downwards you will produce more males. It is thought to be because they plant thinks it is in a crowded growing area. Hope this helps!

Hi ACE

I start in rockwool cubes and transplant as soon as the roots come out the bottom..

4-7 days after SHE sprouts sounds about right..

whats a good size to put them in because i dont have that much room really.. until i get my bigger light and if i do change them in a few days to under a 400 watt hp should i continue to put them under 24 hours or will it effect them if i go 18/6

you can switch to 18/6 no problem... or 20/4.... : )
IF you are going to flower them short.. 3-5 inches tall.. then you can use 1 gallon pots.. anything bigger and you should transplant to 3 gallon pots...
