Transition from inside to outside

Good day ladies and gents

I will be doing an outdoor grow for the first time this year

I have plenty of indoor experience, but none outside

What I'm trying to determine is how to transition plants from indoors to outside without breaking the vegetative cycle

The plants have been vegging inside under MH for quite a while and some are getting a little tall, light cycle is 18/6 (on from 7am to 1 am)

I am in the Rogue Valley and we have already had 90 degree temps on several occasssions, but we are still getting cool at night (low of 35 this evening)

I don't want to bring any plants back into my indoor space after they have been outside, so whenever they go out, it's sink or swim

I can make a greenhouse cheaply and easily and have a couple spare 1000w MH's that could be rehomed to the greenhouse for supplemental lighting, if need be

I have a full sun rocked pad as the growing/greenhouse location

If anyone here in the Rogue Valley could shed some light on the best way to do this, I would greatly appreciate it as I would like to get them outside ASAP due to them getting too tall
