topping questions

and dp said topping a plant would delay flower by 2 weeks which is nonsense, he is not right at all, you can top a plant before flower
if you wish

perhaps he quoted a section from his grow manual correctly, that i will agree is possible
has he provided any pictures of his own grow to back up his claims, . NO lol

I have never topped the same day as changing the photo period, but don't see why one shouldn't. Definitely wouldn't do it if you already changed the photo period. I always top when she is about 8-10 nodes tall. I more recently began trying to clone my tops so I let em go to about 12-14. I topped these yesterday.DSC_0123.jpgDSC_0124.jpg

dp reads all these do's and dont's in his grow books that were written many years ago, just re-printed over the years
he quote's them like the 10 commandments
its funny really, he seems very worried about plants hemming , but to be fair, so do alot of other noobs , grow books warn of hemming alot and this makes new growers worried, they treat their plants like they are made of glass, scared to touch them

i see questions like this all the time on this forum , Q my timer switch broke last night my plants got 4 extra hours of light, will she hemmy ?
this is a typical question from a nob that lacks experience, but is upto date on grow book knowledge and fears
its all a shame, if only people like dp would think for themselves and learn by trial and error , although in his case, i think he is just a troll he seems to act this way on other threads too :)

Yeah DP... They throw "FEMALE" pollen on em and I throw FEMALE semen all the time in hopes of getting someone pregnant... Ass... When my females start producing pollen, I will let the world know what I have created... Until then I will use male pollen... (P.S. A hermaphrodite has both male and female parts. It is not just a female anymore if it has pollen sacks...)
