i need some mono led and i want to find what is the best leds on the market ?

if you had a 8X4 tent with 20 cobs runing on 1.4 amper what kind of monos whould you add ?
i saw growmau5 add to his canopy 60 reds and 20 blues but i dont know which to buy ?

osram ssl or cree xpe/xpe2/xpg are at or near the top

whice is the best to chose ? the xpg is the newest right ?
is this heatsink will be good for this xpe ?
