YES! right before flower is a good time to repot anyway, and that plant is definitely over due.
at least 3 times the size you have it in now, 4 if you can...i think i'd just go for the 5 gallon bucket at this point
 
finally i did ! she is three months old! growing in a balcony. i didn't feed her any nutes at all! just water and lot of love

the standard procedure is to take a butter knife, run it around the inside of the pot, hold the stem between the middle fingers of your right hand, turn the pot over and give it a good smack on the bottom. if it still resists coming out, soak it in a bucket of water for about half an hour. better to transplant drier than that, but if thats what it takes

It's been more than 15 hours since the transplant the plants looking pretty good. Visible pistils confirmed that the plant is a baby girl and I'm thankful to all those who tried to help me! We grow when we give , thank you all for giving me knowledge. I will keep you posted
