^ I see clay pellets. For top weight, or do you hydro?
When I first started I made some bubble buckets but never used them. Just left over hydroton from that waste of money :) I grow in Organic soil I mix myself.

They are just mulch type stuff now, if you want to call it that, doesn't really work lol :)

The lights only on 250watt setting right now too so I don't blow breakers can't wait to see how it finished with it turned down. 250 is probably more appropriate for my space then 400 watts lol

I've a got a packed 2x3 tent that's a week and a half from finish, done totally under 300 watts of cfl just for fun since the tent was available.. You never know, but it looks like about 3-4 dried zips will come from there. I'm very surprised, honestly. It's 3 sannies heri [I know ! ], 3 BS pineapple gum, and one saniies jackberry/mad scientist. The plan now is to jar the heri until December for Christmas presents.

This morning - Dr Underground Melon Gum. Recommended.

How's the mad scientist? Was interested in that strain.

Heri?!?!?! I I think you secretly :weed: that strain!

I get stoned a lot. Or....stay stoned a lot.
So, with two consecutive runs of + 10 wk strains :cuss:, my 2 bloom rooms are now synched - one veg tent then not needed. And I got to thinking and toking what might be possible w/ only cfl for the full run. This 'experiment' was entered with the idea it could be a moderate fail. Therefore, I chose beans that I could emotionally be cool w/ if things did not go well, which is not the case at all. I made a switch in nutrient brands a couple of months ago. Huge improvements in every way.

The mad scientist x jackberry is a Sannies freebie. I had two, and screwed up the first one about a year ago. Looks real good - probably the first to finish.

I smoked some gifted tangerine power hash on top of some delahaze last night. Got pretty fucked up, almost too high... which is rare but I slept so well last night

I don't want to come across as a Bodhi basher - that's not the case at all - LOVE my berry goji ! But that 1 Tangerine Power fem I ran is everything that 5 Blood Orange was not, in less than 9 weeks. I rarely smoke it anytime but late night.

Different strokes and all that, plus I don't think criticism is bashing. I was gifted some f2 beans I believe of Tangerine Power which I'll run after the before mentioned stains are popped. The hash was a surprise gift and a very potent, tasty one at that!

I know Blood Orange wasn't what you were looking for, did you have any issues with the plants themselves outside of not matching the description?

None - they all grew like champs. This last clone is unreal - I'll have some shots when she comes down

I'd like to be able to take some before-chop pics, but the BO and AOS are intertwined and falling all over each other. Almost totally held up by wire twists. I wasn't prepared for the boost I'd get just changing nutes. Gobs of fat, sticky colas.
What nute you switch to man?

My Blood Orange is coming down this weekend. It is one of the heavier yielders I have grown. I will try to post some pictures this weekend.

I run DWC, and had been using Dyna-Gro for a couple of years for simplicity. One liquid cap per gallon - veg form, then bloom formula. Decent results [ I thought ], and easy. As I was getting to needing to re-order, I considered that I'd tried most every adjustments I knew of to get smoother, trouble-free runs - except changing nutes.

So, I went to the 'next easiest' formula I could find, and went with 4 part GH 'Maxi' series - gro, bloom, Kool Bloom, and Liquid Kool Bloom, though only 2 are used together at any one time.

No kidding here - the results have been extraordinary. Makes me wonder how many lbs I shorted myself the past couple of years. :cuss:

Truth. I've got more than that.
One and a half bloom, almost a full foliage pro, and a bottle of ProTekt - probably $80 worth. I figure when the 1st
chop comes down, there'll be at least 2 more zips increase in yield
and likely more. The plants have been stellar througout - no problems whatsoever.

Makes the financial loss of the Dyna Gro seem pretty insignificant, no? :weed:

Does the new line of nutrients have any silica?

You can probably guess....I have no idea. :eyesmoke:

The Dyna Gro ProTekt is a silicon additive, I think. I was gonna work that in w/ the other, but changed my mind and went w/ GH after researching alternatives. It's a real game changer.

Just curious. I use the Pro-tekt myself. One of only two bottles you'll find in my garden. I think it's worthwhile continuing to use. I use a 1/2 tsp per gallon once every two weeks FWIW
