when you reveg a flowering clone , its only bushy and slow that round. The next round of clones it will revert to its original clone form

this was end of last run. I finish 2 RP strawberry banana, 1 elemental Honey Bananas,1 purp og18 and a elemental gummie bears. 2 honey bananas and a trueberry hermied! so I pulled em.

I am currently thinking of packing up the LEDs and putting 2 DE gavitas to see the results from 2000DE hps? still deciding! LED has been fun though.

When i was building my setup I tough about HPS but when I put my calculation straight LED is much cheaper. Less electricity consumption and less heat producing. If I had to buy another light would be again LED for and extra corp.

Anyway you have some nice ladies there ^^

I think only the old school grow HPS. The future is in LED. I watched a review of a guy showing final results of HPS vs LED. LED makes more yield per watt. ^^ To use HPS you also need good air circulation to maintain the proper room temperature you would also need thermostats to switch your fans when it gets too hot. All I do with my LED is keep my room isolated having a few fans blowing to straighten the stems and I only give Co2 from time to time. :)

Thank you for posting that video. I am doing all the research I can. I am absolutely old school! I would like to see if the yield per watt declines at lower wattages... will a 100watt LED produce 100 grams? I am going to be upgrading to a better setup and I'm looking at light options. You make good points about the need for ventilation and temperature controls with HPS lights. That light costs 2500.00. Just saying... not in my range by any means. I'll have to do some DIY research and figure out the going rate for the proper supplies from China. :confused:

you in Africa?? Is there no way you could ‎gebruik sonskyn? (use the sun) if you could.... Veg her out take as many cuttings as you wanted, then put them out to flower. Use your cfl as a night cycle interruption, to keep them vegging

You might like Africa , the rawness compared to first world laws and security haha. Im in Cape Town. Safari and all that. good fun , gotta do it at least once in your lifetime. I hope to check out the states someday.
Im just looking to grow with cfl's for now . I have limited space and ventilation , so the cfl's do the job for me. My first grow way back was also a cheese clone done with 2x85w's and i got about 25 grams out of that and hoping for something on that level.

P.S. If you intend to build your own led light for flowering add about ~70% of red spectrum ~20% of blue spectrum and ~10% of white spectrum. Make sure your light hit over 150w for good results. :)

Nice , your plants are looking decent.

I know nothing about LED's , but they look like a worthwhile upgrade in the long run ,so i'l be sure to read up on it a bit

. I got blue cheese and chronic ryder auto seeds in mail today and might save them for a better lighting setup if this plant's yield sucks ass.

My bush is growing at a reasonable rate. Think I can top it yet ? any idea where I should look to chop it ?

Lol Afrikaans op Roll it up. Kan dit nie glo nie. My garden is not safe and secure enough for dem stinking beauties man. Also too cold and wet now with winter kicking in. Where are you from
